Site Supervisors

Duties may include but not limited to following:

  • Organising and supervising production and warehousing activities. Organising daily shift to ensure the best working efficiency and timely job completion.
  • Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity and employees’ performance
  • Training, guiding and evaluating new warehouse workers.
  • Supervising, maintaining and implementing the policies that have been set for the plant level. Ensuring the production team complies with company’s production GMP manuals and Safety requirements.
  • Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
  • Ensuring basic maintenance of standards and compliance with health and safety regulations, including Occupational Health Safety (OHS), Environmental legislative requirements and Company guidelines.
  • Engaging in company’s continuous improvement program.
  • Maintaining warehouse facilities and equipment at the best level for production.
  • Communicating and collaborating with other team members to continually managing the team and support staff’s daily work.


Sorting and warehousing team leaders

Duties may include but not limited to following:

  • Assist plant supervisor to organize sorting and warehousing team’s work including planning the workload, organizing the daily working shift, and assigning the working tasks.
  • Support the sorting and warehousing team’s work including giving guidance and instruction of the working process; providing help to the working team to ensure the best productivity and the quality of the work.
  • Assist and help plant supervisor to manage and develop the team such as providing training, guidance and help to new employees to obtain working skills. Monitor and evaluate the team members’ working performance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Ace manual book, eg. GMP manual and safety requirements in the working area.
  • Maintain production tracking records. The data needs to be accurate and reliable.
  • Assist and help plant supervisors to complete the daily checklist.


Warehouse General Labours

Duties may include but not limited to following:

  • Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks (sorting, bagging, dismantling)
  • Assist with the receipt, storage and processing of materials to the ACE recycling facility
  • Operate basic hand tools such as drills, shovels, etc to perform dismantling activities
  • Weighs materials or products and records weights as requested by the supervisor
  • Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and personnel for a smooth workflow.
  • Provide manual labour assistance on various tasks and assignments.
